An Introduction to iNaturalist with Elise Lawson

September 7 at 9 AM at the Randolph Town Hall

Following a successful Forest Day on August 10th, there was demand from the audience to follow up with an introduction to iNaturalist and how it can be used to help the Randolph Community Forest. We are proud to announce that Elise Lawson will return to Randolph on September 7 at 9 AM in the Randolph Town Hall.

The training will start with a classroom demonstration and be followed by a short trip to the Randolph Forest for some field training.  Elise has already created project called the “Randolph Community Forest,” which can be found on the phone app or on the web.  When you visit the site, search projects for the Randolph Community Forest.  In just two weeks since our Forest Day presentation, there have already been 100 observations uploaded.  We hope by getting members of the community to use iNaturalist, we can capture the beauty that surrounds us.

Please bring a snack, water and be ready for some light hiking. FMI: Info@RandolphForest.org
